This bank was the hit of our Bunco party. Our friend who loves anything that Farts won he won the bank. He loved it as well as everyone else. It was the best gift of the evening of the party. I would definitey buy this again.

Some friends of mine had picked up one of these in a gift shop and had fun showing it to us. Actually they are kind of cheaply made so it quit making noise when you put coins in shortly after they got it. The vendor sent them a replacement and did not ask for the old one back so they took it apart and managed to fix it. My 6 year old boy really liked it so I found them online and ordered a couple of them. (one for me and one for the boy) They did not arrive in time before he had to go back to his moms so I had one drop-shipped to him at his moms place. Just make sure you have a really small phillips screw driver in order install the AA batteries that are not included. No volume control. Pretty realistic sounds... Not just the same exact sound over and over.

When it comes to authentic-sounding flatulence, this bank certainly satisfies. Yes, it sounds like a real human farting and is especially good at varying its repertoire. Where it disappoints is in its size (it's much bigger than I expected and not handy to carry around) and its flimsiness (it probably won't stand up to heavy handling, and opening and closing its huge top isn't easy).
Gadgets like this are generally good for a few laughs at first, and then they get shunted aside. It would probably have greater staying power if it were a lot smaller and sturdier, so it could be carried around easier and placed less obtrusively on a desk or table.
